Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day go out the same day.
Subscriptions
Your first order ships straight away. After that it ships on the same date each month. Skip, pause or cancel any time from your account.
Returns
If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Changed your mind
Unopened pouches can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Food safety rules mean we cannot take back opened food.
